I am 15 years old, I have arthritis, mixed connective tissue disease, and Reynauhds (changes color in fingers and toes) I have 6 pairs. Sometimes when I stress, anxiety around new people, crazy, or has been built in my right hand a number of emotional shock. This is not all the time, but only with the above happened. That is normal, or should I do with my parents and doctors are right. I figured this is just about right tension, not eating much, or caffeine. Is there any other cause of this, in making it happen, or a natural for your body the same?

A few days before the beginning of my fingertips hurt. Specifically, my left index finger (right hand). It feels like something dead, hurt when I press it or use your fingers. I do not remember ever hurt it. But this day, I think I am playing games or sports. Is this the reason? I will have my nails earlier. If I am too close to the skin? Can be considered a possible cause, and? I am very worried because the ice did not do a lot, and no partial remedy. 19 By the way, I and my hands never had any problems, people with arthritis or any other involved.
