Open Question: My right hand shakes sometimes?

I am 15 years old, I have arthritis, mixed connective tissue disease, and Reynauhds (changes color in fingers and toes) I have 6 pairs. Sometimes when I stress, anxiety around new people, crazy, or has been built in my right hand a number of emotional shock. This is not all the time, but only with the above happened. That is normal, or should I do with my parents and doctors are right. I figured this is just about right tension, not eating much, or caffeine. Is there any other cause of this, in making it happen, or a natural for your body the same?
