Open Question: hand pain from computer games! am i ok?

I left feeling rising from a lot of time playing games and vidios worse latly to feel it almost a week-long type, only a half an hour … there is no redness, I do not injurged and i dont have arthritis! But I think my little finger knuckle of my middle finger below it … I should get it read, and the suffering you have any suggestions for what?
